40ml Mango Syrup (Wanda)
300ml Jasmine Green Tea (steep 10g tea in 300ml hot water for 8 minutes, let cool)

100g Cheese Milk Foam (prepared using Wanda’s Cheese Foam Powder)
Optional: 5–10ml Sugar Syrup (adjust sweetness if needed)
How to Make Cheese Milk Foam Mix 100g of Wanda Cheese Foam Powder with 400g cold water or fresh milk. Blend for 1–2 minutes until thick but smooth.⚠️ Do not over-blend, or it will become too stiff.
Assembly InstructionsBrew the Tea Base
Steep 10g jasmine green tea in 300ml hot water for 8 minutes. Let cool.
Make Mango Tea
In a shaker, combine: 40ml mango syrup 300ml jasmine tea❄️ Ice Optional sugar syrup
Shake well and pour into a 700ml cup.
Top with Cheese Foam
Add 100g cheese milk foam on top of the mango tea.
Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha or dried mango bits if desired.
