Ingredients
Item     Quantity Black Tea (brewed)    200ml Whole Milk or Creamer    100ml Brown Sugar Syrup or Sweetener    40–60ml (to taste)⚫ Cooked Tapioca Pearls    80–100g Ice Cubes ️ Instructions
1. Brew the Tea Steep 10g of black tea in 300ml of hot water (85°C) for 8 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temp or refrigerate.
2. Prepare the Tapioca Pearls Boil pearls for 25–30 minutes (or follow package instructions).
3. Mix the DrinkIn a shaker or mixing cup:✅ Add 200ml brewed black tea✅ Add 100ml whole milk or creamer✅ Add 40–60ml brown sugar syrup (adjust to taste)✅ Fill with ice (~200g) Shake or stir well until chilled and combined.
4. Serve Scoop tapioca pearls into a 700ml serving cup.✨ Pour the milk tea mixture over the pearls. Optional: top with a splash of cream or milk foam for extra indulgence!
