Ingredients (from Wanda’s Bubble Tea Supply): Jasmine Green Tea – 300ml (for both layers)
Passionfruit Syrup – 15ml
Dragon Fruit Syrup – 10ml
Lime Juice – 10ml
Ice – enough to fill cup
Fresh watermelon & dragon fruit cubes (for topping)
Sliced orange & lime (for visual garnish)
‍ Step-by-Step Instructions: Bottom Layer – Passionfruit TeaSteep 10g of jasmine green tea in 300ml boiling water for 8 minutes. Strain and divide tea into 2 equal parts (150ml for each layer). Let cool.
In a shaker, mix:
150ml jasmine green tea
15ml passionfruit syrup
10ml lime juice
Shake with ice, then pour gently into the bottom of a 700ml cup.
Add orange and lime slices inside the cup for visual effect.
Top Layer – Dragon Fruit TeaIn a clean shaker, combine:
150ml jasmine green tea
10ml dragon fruit syrup
A few ice cubes, shake gently.
Using the back of a spoon, slowly layer this mix over the passionfruit tea to create a distinct two-tone look.
GarnishTop with fresh watermelon & dragon fruit cubes.
