Avocado Coconut Matcha Jelly Milk (700ml) Ingredients (from Wanda Bubble Tea Supply): 60g Avocado Powder 30ml Coconut Syrup 80ml Fresh Milk 70ml Coconut Milk 1 tsp Matcha Powder (for jelly) 100g Green Matcha Jelly (made from Jelly Powder + Matcha) 30ml Fructose (optional – adjust to taste) Full cup of ice
‍ Instructions: Prepare Matcha JellyMix 100g Wanda Jelly Powder with 1200ml boiling water.
Add 1 tsp Matcha Powder and 30g sugar (optional) while stirring.
Let it sit at room temperature 30 mins then refrigerate to set.
Cut into small cubes once chilled.
Blend Avocado MilkIn a shaker or blender, add:
60g Wanda Avocado Powder
30ml Coconut Syrup
80ml Fresh Milk
70ml Coconut Milk
30ml Fructose
Stir or blend well until smooth.
Assemble the DrinkAdd 100g prepared green jelly to the bottom of a 700ml cup.
Fill with ice.
Pour in the avocado coconut milk blend.
Serve cold and enjoy!
