Hokkaido Milk Tea with Cheese Foam (700ml)
Smooth, creamy, and indulgent — now made even easier with Wanda’s premium powders!

Ingredients:
60g Hokkaido Milk Tea Powder (Wanda Bubble Tea Supply)

200ml Hot Water (85–90°C)

30–40g Sugar Syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice (full cup)

100ml Fresh Milk

50g Tapioca Pearls (optional)

Cheese Foam:

100g Cheese Foam Powder (Wanda Bubble Tea Supply)

400g Cold Water or Cold Milk

Instructions:
Brew Hokkaido Milk Tea:
Dissolve 60g Hokkaido Milk Tea Powder in 200ml hot water, stir well.

Add 30–40g sugar syrup, adjust to your desired sweetness.

Let cool slightly, then pour into a shaker with a full cup of ice.

Add 100ml fresh milk and shake well.

Prepare Cheese Foam:
In a mixing bowl, add 100g cheese foam powder and 400g cold water (or milk).

Blend for 1–2 minutes until thick and creamy.
Tip: Don’t overmix — it should be soft and pourable, not too stiff.

Assemble the Drink:
Add 50g tapioca pearls to the bottom of a 700ml cup (optional).

Pour in your Hokkaido milk tea mixture.

Gently spoon the cheese foam on top.

Serve immediately — and enjoy the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and savory!
