Kiwi Fruit Tea with Kiwi Jam & Syrup (500ml Serving)

Ingredients

Green Tea (brewed) 150ml
Kiwi Syrup 30ml
Kiwi Jam 20g
Lemon Juice (optional) 1 tsp
Ice Cubes Full cup (~300g)
Garnish (optional) Kiwi slices, mint leaf
Instructions

1. Brew the Tea
Steep 1 tsp green tea or 1 tea bag in hot water for 2–3 minutes.
Let cool and refrigerate until chilled.

2. Mix the Base
In a shaker or mixing cup:
30ml kiwi syrup
20g kiwi jam
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Stir to dissolve the jam and blend the syrup.

3. Add Tea & Ice
Pour in 150ml chilled green tea
Add ice (~200g)
Shake or stir well until the drink is chilled and combined.

4. Serve
Fill a 500ml–700ml serving cup with ice.
Pour the kiwi fruit tea over and garnish with kiwi slices or a fresh mint leaf for a colorful finish.
