✨ Rose Lychee Tea with Cheese Foam (700ml)
A romantic, floral tea with lychee jelly and a velvety cheese foam topping — visually stunning and deliciously fragrant.

Ingredients (from Wanda Bubble Tea Supply):

40g Rose Petal Syrup (Wanda)

50g Lychee Jelly or Lychee Popping Boba (Wanda)

300ml Jasmine Green Tea (steep 10g Wanda jasmine tea in 300ml hot water for 8 mins)

30g Sugar Syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

❄️ Full cup of ice

Cheese Foam Topping (use Wanda Milk Foam Powder):

100g Wanda Milk Foam Powder

400g Cold Water or Milk→ Blend for 1-2 minutes until it thickens (not too long to avoid over-thickening)

Instructions:

Brew the Tea→ Steep 10g of Wanda jasmine green tea in 300ml hot water for 8 minutes. Let it cool.

Build the Base→ In a shaker or mixing cup, combine:

300ml jasmine tea

40g rose syrup

30g sugar syrup

Full cup of ice→ Shake until chilled.

Assemble the Drink→ Add 50g lychee jelly/popping boba at the bottom of a 700ml clear cup→ Pour in the tea mixture→ Gently layer with cheese foam on top→ Garnish with dried rose petals for a romantic finish
