Grape Yogurt Slush Recipe (700ml)

Ingredients:

40g Grape Syrup (Wanda Bubble Tea Supply)

100g Yogurt Base (or fresh plain yogurt)

50g Lychee Popping Boba (Wanda Bubble Tea Supply)

100ml Cold Water

50g Sugar Syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

Full cup of Ice

Optional: Fresh grapes for topping

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Yogurt Base:

Add 100g yogurt + 50g sugar syrup into a blender, blend for 10 seconds until smooth.

2️⃣ Make the Grape Slush:

In the blender, add 40g grape syrup, 100ml cold water, and a full cup of ice.

⚡ Blend until it becomes a fine slushy texture.

3️⃣ Assembly:

In a 700ml cup, add 50g lychee popping boba at the bottom.

Pour the yogurt blend halfway.

Slowly layer the grape slush on top for a beautiful two-tone effect.

(Optional) Decorate with fresh grape slices.

4️⃣ Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing mix of fruity slush and creamy yogurt!

Notes:
